The review of Dream Home renovation in
Qingdao.
这是一个三代混居的五口之家，委托人来自青岛的一对80后白领夫妇。由于首次装修的预见性不够，导致100多平的空间都不够住。
In this project, the client is a young couple from Qingdao Province. The apartment is about 100㎡ with 5 generations living inside. However, due to the improper inner design of the place, the house was quite crowded.
普通的两室两厅户型，原本两人居住正好，但有了孩子以后，孩子的姥姥、姥爷也要入驻新家帮忙照顾，周末委托人的弟弟和弟妹还会过来借住，使得原本就不够住的空间，看起来更显拥挤。
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms in the apartment which were perfectly fine for the yound couple before they have kid. However, after the baby was born, the parents need to come over and stay with them to help to take care of the kid. And the client's sister and brother will sometimes stay with them during weekends. The place then became more and more crowded.
客厅既是女儿学习的场所，又是家人休闲娱乐的地方，而且小朋友学习的时间与老人平时晚上休闲看电视的时间基本重合。
The living room is the studying place for the girl, and the only entertainment space for the family as well. The confilct for timing becomes a big problem with the family.
改造后的房屋采用旭格ASS 70 FD折叠推拉系统和旭格AWS 65内开内倒窗。
In this renovation, the designer has chosen Schueco ASS 70 FD and AWS 65 window system.
旭格ASS 70FD折叠推拉系统，具备卓越防盗等级，隔音35分贝，将室外嘈杂隔绝于门外，给孩子图书馆般的读书环境，给大人五星酒店般的睡眠环境。
The Schüco ASS 70 FD Folding System is able to reduce the noise by 35dB. Its excellent sound insulation and outstanding burglar resistance ensures the children a peaceful and quiet environment just like in the library.
而通向庭院的折叠推拉系统，则创造了空间上的奇迹。单扇宽度1米，高度2米，使用它几乎能打开整整一面玻璃结构墙；门扇可推到一侧，折成纤细的一叠，不占空间，完美衔接室内起居室与室外庭院。
The folding system also allows the fully transparency and enough space for the family.
旭格AWS 65开内倒窗发挥了极大作用。整窗内开内倒，则能保证家里没人时也可以采用内倒通风，实现了良好的通风效果，且能够实现更好地实现隔热、隔音性能。其安防等级也都达到德国2级的防盗等级。
Schüco AWS 65 window system keeps good ventilation of the house, and ensures the security (RC 2) and excellent thermal insulation of the room as well.
